在你抱怨食物的味道之前，请想想有人却没有东西可吃。

在你抱怨你的伴侣之前，请想想有人向上帝哭求一个伴侣。

在你抱怨你的生命之前，请想想有人太早上了天堂。

在你抱怨你的孩子之前，请想想有人渴望拥有孩子但却不育。

在你嫌弃你的脏房子，抱怨没有人清洁它之前，想想还有人睡在大街上。

在你抱怨道路难开时候，请想想有人要用脚在上面行走。

你累了，而去抱怨你的工作的时候，请想想那么被解雇了，没有能力胜任的人，又是如何想要工作的人。

在你想要竖起你的手指指责某人的之前，请想想我们没有人不曾犯错。

当压力似乎要把你的压倒时，请微笑并感谢上帝让你继续活着。

生命是一件礼物，活过它，享受它，庆祝，并且用全部的爱充实它！！！！

TODAY before you think of saying an unkind word – Think of someone who can’t speak.
  
  Before you complain about the taste of your food – Think of someone who has nothing to eat.
  
  Before you complain about your husband or wife – Think of someone who’s crying out to God for a companion(伴侣).
  
  Today before you complain about life – Think of someone who went too early to heaven.
  
  Before you complain your children – Think of someone who desires children but they’re barren（不育）.
  
  Before you argue about your dirty house, someone didn’t clean or sweep – Think of the people who are living in the streets.
  
  Before whining（抱怨） about the distance you drive – Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.
  
  And you are tired and complain about your job – Think of the unemployed, the disabled and those who wished they had your job.
  
  But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning（指责） another – Remember that no one of us are without sin.
  
  And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down – Put a smile on your face and thank God you’re alive and still around.
  
  Life is a gift, Live it, Enjoy it, Celebrate it, And fulfill it and most of all LOVE IT!!!
